MCF offers In home and community support to children, youth, adult and families with mental or intellectual disabilities. We create a personal path to independence by seeing abilities, not disabilities and strive to provide personalized care and services to the people and families we support. Is MCF a non-profit foundation?
Yes. MCF is a private foundation and exempt under IRS section 501(c) (3) and section 509(a)

How is MCF funded?
MCF is funded through Medicaid , government contract funding, self pay, individual donation and grants to pay other unfunded services like recreation, and supplemental therapy programs like expressive art.
